About the work

Speaking of water lilies, the French artist Claude Monet is famous. It often appears in Japanese painting motifs, and the name “water lily” comes from the fact that the petals are closed so that the flowers bloom in the morning and sleep in the evening. It is a circular flat stoneware flask that depicts the atmosphere of a fantastic flower with the image of the water surface.
