Saeri Kiritani

The mummy of Ambrosius, the guardian deity of Milan, buried under the altar of the Basilica di Sant’ Ambrogio, the oldest church in Milan. He wears the picturesque elaborate clothes and the gorgeous crown and is sleeping graciously. You may be surprised since this is the mummy of the saint, exposed in the public. But this is a very noble way to entombed.
